Her dedication to integrating advanced technology in health care has not only garnered national acclaim &#8212; exemplified by her CHIME Collaboration Award &#8212; but realized tangible patient care improvements. Under her guidance, TrueCare has seen a 58% reduction in issue resolution times. Through strategic partnerships, she spearheaded digital health advancements, including reduced phone hold times, a significant increase in MyChart active rates, and the rollout of online scheduling and self-check-in for patients. Her active role on the Sharp HealthCare IT board and as adjunct professor at Loma Linda University solidifies her commitment to shaping the future of health care informatics.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Sebiane&#8217;s tenure has been marked by unwavering dedication to culturally sensitive health care. As a first-generation Costa Rican American, she\u2019s enhanced patient care for San Diego&#8217;s diverse communities through her bilingual and bicultural expertise, addressing health care gaps. Her leadership led to the integration of the Ages &amp; Stages Questionnaire into well-child exams, influencing a $2M HRSA grant for supporting families managing developmental challenges. Dr. Sebiane\u2019s collaboration with TrueCare registered dietitians established an organizational-wide nutrition program. Her support for specialized pediatric care, such as TrueCare\u2019s Academic Success Program for ADHD and autism, helps patients with learning disabilities. Her passion for quality initiatives, like trauma-informed immunization practices, resulted in the adoption of shot blockers. As a clinical champion for TrueCare\u2019s Breastfeeding Friendly Health Center recognition and expansion of gynecological care for adolescents and young adults, Dr. Sebiane has not only elevated continuity of care but health for all.<\/p>\n<p>We congratulate Tracy and Dr. Sebiane on their accolades!
