We are committed to providing medical care that is affordable for you. A member of our staff will review our payment options with you to find an option that best accommodates your financial needs. If special arrangements are needed, please let the receptionist know prior to receiving service.


We accept most traditional insurance plans.  We also offer a payment plan for those without insurance as well.  Please contact our office to verify if you have any questions or doubts. 

Our office staff will be glad to assist you with your insurance coverage.  When you first visit our office, bring your current insurance card with you.  If you change insurance companies or join another employer’s plan, please be sure to let us know.  

We will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 45 days.  If we are not contracted under your insurance plan, “out-of-network” fees/costs may apply and you will be given a copy of services and charges to file with your insurance claim form. 

Payment Options

Please, payments and copays will be expected prior to treatment or visit with the doctor.  Payments/copays can be made with cash, check, debit card or any major credit card including visa, mastercard or discover.
